CHAIRMAN
With more than 20 years in corporate finance and trade and finance industry, Rohail Siddique has completed a significant number of transactions raising money against SBLC’s, LCS and Bonds and a substantial number of corporate finance transactions, across a variety of market sectors including real estate, hospitality, natural resources, and trade and finance sector.
With a wealth of experience in structure finance, he is able to structure any given transaction to eliminate the risk factors or at least rap the risk through many layers of various self-created instruments to secure performance and targeted result.
Trained in statistics, economics and finance, he started his career about 30 years ago as a Finance Director at MBSS. his father’s company, which had 4,000 employees. He has also worked with a number of multi-national companies, and has close relationships with investment banks and financial institutions.
Rohail Siddique also had set up RS Financial (financial brokerage firm) in 2004 and has successfully packaged over 100 applications for funding.

In house account specialist, with 40 years of experience in multinational company as Finance director such as George Wimpy( UK Home builders), Chevron Oil and Gas company. He is a qualified accountant. He review each application for Investment or Loan and able to re-draft the financial statement along with the cash flow and profit and loss account based on the financial due diligence to see if the investment Target is in reality is viable.

He and his team entered Dalian market in Liaoning province in 2005 and successively built Dalian Futures Square, Dalian Peace Modern City, Dalian Dongte New Residence Phase II, China Metallurgical Northern Dalian New District, Shenyang Shimao Wulihe Project which was the highest residential building in Northeast China. In the construction process of the completed project, it was unanimously recognized by local government departments such as quality, safety and environmental protection.
