在十年来，共计完成建筑面积约50多万平方米。历年来创出辽宁省“世纪杯”一项，大连市优质工程“星海杯”两项，哈、长、大三市建设安全联检“金牌奖”三项，大连市“建筑工程安全质量标准化管理示范工地”两项，其中大连期货广场项目被评为全国工程建设优秀质量管理小组“三等奖”。

2005年进入辽宁大连市场，相继承建了大连期货广场；大连和平现代城；大连东特新居二期；中冶北方大连新区；沈阳世茂五里河项目，东北地区最高住宅楼。在已承建项目施工过程中受到当地质量、安全、环保等政府部门的一致认可。

 

He and his team entered Dalian market in Liaoning province in 2005 and successively built Dalian Futures Square, Dalian Peace Modern City, Dalian Dongte New Residence Phase II, China Metallurgical Northern Dalian New District, Shenyang Shimao Wulihe Project which was the highest residential building in Northeast China. In the construction process of the completed project, it was unanimously recognized by local government departments such as quality, safety and environmental protection.
